High performance starts in the mind.
For more than ten years, I have worked on sidelines, training grounds and in hotel lobbies with professional football teams across Europe.
During this time, I have been part of more than 300 matches in the Premier League, FA Cup, Bundesliga, Champions League, DFB-Pokal and youth competitions, working closely with players, coaches and leadership staff in environments defined by pressure, expectations and constant evaluation.
These experiences have shaped my understanding of performance at the highest level.
Today, I support athletes, coaches and leaders as an external performance psychologist, working at the intersection of elite performance and mental health.
My work is based on scientific psychology, practical experience and the belief that sustainable success is only possible when performance and mental wellbeing are developed together.
Coaching, Workshops & Consulting
I support teams, leaders and management in developing clarity, resilience and sustainable performance.
In coaching sessions and keynote talks, I work with sports organisations as well as brands, companies and agencies on mental performance, leadership and high-performance culture.
